Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email or whatsapp message once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your NUS purchase. If you need to exchange an item:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are not accepted on sale or discounted items.
- Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect.

To request an exchange, email returns@shopnus.com with your order number and details.
